There are certain spots on your body related to grief. By learning how to manipulate these points, you can help to heal and balance your emotional pain. Licensed Massage Therapist Cassandra Butler has used this ancient technique on thousands of clients and knows how effective it can be.  She delights in sharing this self-massage tool with others.

The Three “N”s of Emotions

The holiday season is not always greeted with happy anticipation. You may be facing the realization that a loved one is no longer present to enjoy the celebrations. Grief does not go away just because the holidays arrive and, in fact, the feelings may intensify. Explore ways that you can make it through the season and incorporate your loved one’s memory into your holiday plans.
