Diet, Nutrition & Grief

Monday, Oct. 21, 4:00pm at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church.

Grief can affect our eating habits and a healthy diet. One may suffer from a lack of appetite or ignore valuable nutrition. A registered dietitian/nutritionist from the Catholic Health System will focus on nourishing the body and address how certain food can be helpful for the body when one is experiencing grief.
